Expertise

Harsheda’s experience spans personal injury, clinical negligence and commercial costs. Since April 2013 she has concentrated on compiling and advising on clients’ and opponents’ budgets and attending case and costs management conferences in the High Court.

She also worked within International Arbitration dealing with contested fees which encompassed multiple currency exchanges.

Experience

• At a previous firm, Harsheda seconded to the Inquiry team to help with witness evidence.
• She also was seconded to help with a large disclosure exercise in a significant claim against the then Welsh Development Agency.

Career

Harsheda has previously worked for Practico Costs Lawyers, and prior to this with Clyde & Co and Eversheds Sutherland.
