Imogen assists partners in the London Personal Injury team with high value claims involving traumatic brain injuries, amputation and spinal cord injuries. Claims often involve complex liability and quantum issues. Imogen strives to provide the best client care and to maximise access to rehabilitation and compensation awards for seriously injured clients.
Experience
Imogen has experience representing adults and children with complex injuries in a wide range of personal injury claims (eg road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, occupiers liability and MIB cases). Throughout her career, she has assisted on numerous claims that have resulted in seven-figure settlements. She currently assists partners with multi-million pound claims.
Career
Imogen completed her Law Degree at the University of Bristol with a First. She then completed her LPC with a Masters of Law in Employment Law.
She trained at Irwin Mitchell from 2017, working in Court of Protection, Medical Negligence and Serious Injury teams in Bristol and London. Imogen joined the Serious Injury team and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019. She represented clients who sustained a wide range of injuries, with a particular focus on brain injury.
Imogen joined Stewarts in April 2023 as an Associate.

Personal
Imogen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, discovering London’s many restaurants and lidos. Her happy place is with a pair of skis on top of a snowy mountain.
