Leena’s areas of expertise is business change, business analysis and programme management. This includes change management, financial management, people management, project planning and resource management.
Leena has extensive experience in implementing a wide range of projects and programmes including finance, IT, knowledge management, marketing and other business initiatives.
Leena graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London in 2001. She joined a software solutions company the same year as a business analyst and was promoted to the project management team in 2007. Leena specialised in project implementations for trade unions and professional bodies until she joined Stewarts in 2012. Prior to being appointed as the Head of Business Change, Leena held the roles of IT Project manager and Senior Projects Manager at Stewarts.

Leena is a member of Rotary International and has been involved in projects to help provide education for young girls in India and Africa. Leena is a keen swimmer and enjoys cooking when time permits.
