Lucie is experienced in acting for clients in employer’s liability, public liability, road traffic accidents and product liability injury claims. Lucie also deals with issues surrounding CRU benefits, costs and funding. Lucie works with both the injury and divorce teams in relation to various aspects of knowledge management and development.
Lucie graduated with a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia, before working for Stewarts as a paralegal. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Prior to rejoining Stewarts in 2018, Lucie worked for a global law firm advising clients on personal injury claims of varying levels of complexity.
Lucie has several years experience advising both claimants and defendants in litigated personal injury claims. She has particular interest in complex liability disputes and costs & funding.
Lucie is involved in considering/managing effective processes and resources across the teams in order to assist the delivery of client services. She is also responsible for team training.
Lucie mainly works with the divorce and injury teams.
Lucie enjoys family time as well as most sports. She is an active member of Sevenoaks hockey club.
