Lucie is experienced in acting for clients in employer’s liability, public liability, road traffic accidents and product liability injury claims. Lucie has detailed experience of  issues surrounding CRU benefits, costs and funding. Lucie works with the injury teams in relation to various aspects of knowledge management, training and development.

Career

Lucie graduated with a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia, before working for Stewarts as a paralegal. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Prior to rejoining Stewarts in 2018, Lucie worked for a global law firm advising clients on personal injury claims of varying levels of complexity.

Experience

Lucie has several years’ experience of advising both claimants and defendants in litigated personal injury claims. She has particular interest in complex liability disputes, civil procedure and costs & funding.

Lucie is involved in consideration, management and implementation of effective processes and resources across the injury teams in order to assist the delivery of client services. She is also responsible for team training.

Personal

Lucie enjoys family time as well as most sports. She is a keen hockey player.
