Mollie has experience assisting in high-value divorce and family cases involving complex financial structures, international elements and disputes over trusts, businesses and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has also supported on sensitive matters concerning child arrangements, relocations and Family Law Act applications.
During her seat in the Knowledge department, Mollie strengthened her analytical, research and drafting capabilities by contributing to precedents, legal updates and wider know‑how projects. This blend of hands‑on family litigation experience and technical research skills now informs the support she provides for the Tax Disputes team, particularly where matters involve detailed financial analysis or cross‑departmental legal issues.
Career
Mollie studied Law at the University of York before completing the LPC LLM. Mollie joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2022.

Mollie has written on a number of family law topics, including arbitration awards and the duty of full and frank disclosure and the court’s approach to the non-court dispute resolution.
Personal
Outside of work, Mollie is a keen netball player and regularly completes in her local league. She also enjoys going to the theatre and relaxing with a good book. When she is not in London, Mollie enjoys spending time at home by the sea with her mischievous dog, Norman.
