Monique has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of costs, including high value clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury cases, and high-value commercial litigation cases (including the Buncefield oil depot explosion in Hertfordshire, 2005).

Career

Monique was called to the Bar as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa, specialising in criminal law and human rights cases. After relocating to the UK, she retrained before entering the world of costs and qualifying as a costs lawyer.
