Experience

  • Recovered damages for an 83-year-old claimant who was rendered tetraplegic. The claim settled for a seven figure sum. This case involved significant issues surrounding accommodation, however a positive result was obtained in the client’s favour.
  • Recovered significant damages for the family of a brain injured client, who sadly passed away following a fall from height.
  • Secured significant damages for a client who sustained multiple injuries following a significant fall as a result of failings by a government body, following a breakdown at the side of the road and needing to wait on the verge.

Career

Sian progressed from paralegal to partner whilst working with the Serious Injury team at Brethertons. She joined Stewarts in 2023 as a senior associate.

Sian is an accredited Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) Senior Litigator and a member of the Multidisciplinary Association for Spinal Cord Injury Professionals (MASCIP).

Personal

Sian enjoys spending time with her young son and family, as well as travelling and experiencing new cultures: Greece, Italy, and Antigua are some of her favourite places.
