The Legal 500 has released new rankings listing the top 100 law firms for client service. Stewarts features in the top 10, in a survey based on feedback from more than 80,000 law firm clients who were asked a single question – “on a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”
Stewarts achieved a score of 79.8% on the new Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmark based on Legal 500 research.

The Client Satisfaction Mark
This year, Stewarts received the newly launch Client Satisfaction Mark from The Legal 500.
Each year, The Legal 500 surveys hundreds of thousands of clients on the ‘Client Service’ they receive from law firms. These ratings alongside their ‘Customer Experience’ ratings together provide a definitive guide to law firm Client Satisfaction.
Alongside the usual rankings, for the first time this year, The Legal 500 acknowledged the top 30% of firms in each jurisdiction for Client Satisfaction.

Stewarts currently holds 22 practice area rankings within the Legal 500, including 10 top tier rankings. The latest guide acknowledges 59 individuals from across our teams.
Our injury departments are all top ranked in both London and Leeds with our Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Aviation and International Injury teams highlighted. Stewarts was one of only two firms within the injury field that achieved the Client Satisfaction Mark.
