Stewarts is proud to share the success of our participation in Learning at Work Week, which took place 13-17 May 2024. This annual national initiative focuses on building strong learning cultures within organisations, and Stewarts took this opportunity to bring the firm’s teams together through inclusion.

We saw over 160 sign-ups over ten live sessions throughout the week, featuring a mix of internal and external facilitators. We’d like to extend a special thanks to:

Stewarts’ Charity of the Year 2024 is Bliss, which supports premature or sick babies born in the UK the best chance of survival and quality of life. To align with Bliss, these knitting sessions brought twenty-five knitting novices together to create knitted squares. These squares will be made into a baby blanket in Stewarts colours for a local neonatal unit.

Stewarts is committed to keeping up the momentum from Learning at Work Week. We will be offering more interactive sessions for our teams in the future, to delve deeper into the themes explored during the week.

British Training Awards nomination

Our Learning and Development (L&D) Team is proud to have been shortlisted as finalists in the “Professional Services Initiative of the Year” category at the British Training Awards.

The British Training Awards sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations that are truly passionate about L&D’s role in building a thriving workforce. With over 300 entries received from organisations all across the UK in 2024, competition to be named a finalist was fierce.

Stewarts has been nominated along with many leading organisations in their fields – all will be awaiting the results, to be announced in June.
