Tom Clark has joined Stewarts’ Insolvency and Asset Recovery team as a Partner.
Tom has significant experience as a litigator with asset recovery, fraud and insolvency expertise. He acts for both corporates and individuals in large scale and complex multi-jurisdictional litigation. Tom started in banking with J.P Morgan before moving to law in 2003. In 2011 he joined start up law firm iLaw.
Tom joins Alex Jay, Tim Symes and Elaina Bailes in the Insolvency and Asset Recovery department, which was founded in March 2021.
Tom’s arrival will enhance the team’s focus on large multi-jurisdictional cases particularly with offshore and US aspects to them.
