Stewarts welcomes new partner Matthew Greene to the Tax Litigation and Resolution department in London.
Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in resolving complex tax disputes for corporate and high net worth individual clients. He specialises in resolving high value, complex tax disputes through negotiation, ADR and litigation before the Tax Tribunal and appellate Courts with a particular emphasis on direct tax disputes.
Before joining Stewarts in 2023, Matthew was at Osborne Clarke where he helped to establish their tax disputes team. He also has experience at RPC and PwC Legal (where he worked with David Pickstone). Matthew started his career in the City with a background in economics before moving into a career in law.
