Andrew specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence cases, and sports injury cases, involving catastrophically injured clients. He has acted in claims resulting from fatal accidents, claims involving psychiatric injury and applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), and the interplay between those various actions.

Experience

Andrew acted for the claimant in the reported case of Wright v. Barts Health NHS Trust, a claim involving multiple defendants and multiple claims.

Career

A graduate of Brunel University, Andrew joined Stewarts in 2006, qualifying in 2009. He became an associate in 2014 and senior associate in 2018.

Andrew is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

 

Personal

Andrew enjoys sport, particularly cricket, where he spent a decade as chairman of Battersea Ironsides CC, and spending time with his family.
