Finn is experienced in acting for high net worth individuals based in the UK and overseas with complex financial settlements and children arrangements. She has assisted on matters involving complex trust structures, international tax disputes and corporate assets.
Experience
- IR v OR [2022] EWFC 20 – Finn formed part of the team that acted for the wife, achieving a financial settlement of over £70m (exceeding the husband’s open offer by £20m). The case considered how to treat wealth generated before a marriage, and that arising from the sale of a family business. It also dealt with the enforceability of a pre-nuptial agreement.
Career
Finn graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in English Literature, following which she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Finn joined Stewarts in 2018 as a paralegal. She trained at the firm, qualifying into Stewarts’ Divorce & Family team as an Associate in 2021.

Personal
Finn trained as a classical dancer and continues to enjoy watching classical dance. She is also a keen skier and spent six months in the French Alps in between her undergraduate and post-graduate studies. Finn enjoys staying active and runs regularly to keep fit.
