Finn has worked with clients who have suffered high-level spinal cord injuries arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work and neglect from local authorities. Finn has experience in working with clients who lack capacity, including children and adults under the Mental Capacity Act.

Finn has experience pursuing claims on behalf of brain-injured clients and those with spinal cord injuries. She has particular experience in high-value, ‘cross-over’ claims where incidents of personal injury intersect with clinical negligence.

While in the Personal Injury department, Finn assisted on a case that considered the security of a PPO from a Gibraltar-based insurance company post-Brexit. Finn also helped to secure a multimillion-pound settlement for a paraplegic client who fell from a window as a result of the hospital trust and local authority’s failure to properly diagnose and treat his condition of paranoid schizophrenia.

Finn joined Stewarts in 2018, having completed an English Literature degree at the University of Leeds. In 2017, Finn completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law followed by the Legal Practitioner’s course in 2018.

Finn trained as a classical dancer for 20 years and continues to enjoy watching classical dance. She is also a keen skier and spent six months in the French Alps in between her undergraduate and post-graduate studies. Finn enjoys staying active and runs regularly to keep fit.
