Ben has experience and knowledge of high-value commercial, competition and clinical negligence disputes. He has assisted in complex and often multi-jurisdictional cases involving contractual issues, fraud, intellectual property and cartels. Ben is currently undertaking his seat in the Personal Injury department.

- pursuing Visa on behalf of a group of retailers for infringing competition law
- a damages claim arising out of a cartel arrangement
- a long-running and high-value fraud case involving international parties and criminal proceedings.

Ben is an avid fan of sport and has visited the Olympics, Paralympics and grands prix across Europe. He is also a Leeds United season ticket holder. Ben plays for and organises the Leeds office football team. He also loves the cinema, live comedy and reading books on politics, dystopian fiction and autobiographies.
