Charlotte has been involved in a diverse range of cases including accidents abroad, aviation disasters, accidents at work, road traffic accidents, clinical negligence cases, occupier’s liability claims, multi-party litigation, and cases against public bodies. She has worked on claims for clients who have capacity and for those who lack capacity.
Experience
Charlotte’s recent case experience includes:
- Assisting the family of a 28-year-old who suffered a significant brain injury as a result of a road traffic accident
- Advising a spinally injured client on a claim involving complex issues of medical causation
- Assisting a client with a long-running claim involving multiple defendants and surveillance evidence which settled for in excess of £2m
- Obtaining evidence to substantiate a client’s future economic loss

Charlotte is part of the number one ranked (in The Legal 500 and Chambers) Personal Injury department of Stewarts.

Career
Charlotte joined Stewarts as a senior paralegal in the Aviation department before passing the Legal Practice Course (with distinction). She did her training contract at Stewarts and on qualification became an associate solicitor in the Personal Injury department.
Personal
Charlotte is captain of Stewarts’ netball team and a member of the winning Stewarts Back-Up Dragon Boat Race team (2013/2014). She enjoys snowboarding, live music and visiting new places.
