Charlotte acts exclusively for claimants and assists partners in the International Injury and Aviation teams in London with high value claims. These claims often involve complex liability and quantum issues, as well as a cross-border element. Charlotte’s focus is always on client care and building strong relationships with clients. She always strives to maximise compensation awards and promptly access rehabilitation.

Experience

Charlotte has experience representing adults and children in a wide range of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, product liability claims, workplace accidents, occupiers’ liability and disease claims. She has been instructed in takeover claims from other firms and has assisted with multi-million pound claims.

Career

Charlotte completed her law degree at the University of Exeter. She trained at Irwin Mitchell and qualified as a solicitor in June 2021. Charlotte then joined Fieldfisher, where she continued to represent clients in a wide range of personal injury claims.

Charlotte joined Stewarts in August 2025.
