High Court exercises its inherent jurisdiction to remove trustees

Emmanuelle is currently working in the Trust and Probate department. Prior to this, she has experience of working in the International Injury and Aviation department assisting a partner acting for claimants who had suffered spinal cord injuries, severe brain injuries, amputations and fatal accidents while travelling abroad.
Emmanuelle has also assisted in the Financial Crime department, under the supervision of Richard Kovalevsky QC, working on several matters involving money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption investigations and prosecutions and FCA market investigations.
Emmanuelle transitioned to a legal career in 2016/17 after having worked for almost a decade as a secondary school history and French teacher with a particular focus on the conflicts in the Middle East and the French Revolution.
She joined Stewarts in 2017, working as a paralegal in the International Injury and Aviation department before joining the Commercial Litigation department to assist two French lawyers in claims brought before the French Commercial Court and the Financial Crime department.
Emmanuelle is a member of the European Circuit.
Emmanuelle is originally from Paris. In addition to speaking French fluently, she also speaks Italian at an intermediate level. Her hobbies and interests range from enjoying travelling and reading historical novels.
