Expertise
Olivia has experience of acting in Commercial Court and Kings Bench proceedings, various arbitration forums (SCC, HKIAC, ad hoc, Court of Arbitration for Sport) and football dispute resolution procedures (FIFA’s Player Status Committee, FIFA Dispute Resolution Committee, FA Rule K arbitration, EFL Section 9 arbitration).
Since becoming a Knowledge Lawyer, Olivia has developed a keen interest in the regulation and practicalities of third-party litigation funding and has contributed to several articles and publications in this area.
Career
Olivia studied Law at Durham University. She trained at Ashurst and qualified there in 2016, where she worked primarily in international arbitration. In 2018 she moved to Northridge Law, where she spent over five years working on commercial disputes and regulatory matters in sport.

Personal
Olivia is a keen football player and Liverpool FC supporter.
