Sophie advises in relation to the financial consequences of divorce for high profile and high net worth clients, including the preparation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements. In addition, she has experience of cases involving financial provision for the children of unmarried parents under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Sophie’s previous experience includes:

- Advising on high value financial settlements on divorce, particularly cases which involve international elements and complex family trust structures.
- Negotiating pre-nuptial agreements for a financially stronger party in order to protect family wealth.
Sophie graduated from the University of the West of England in 2015 with a first class law degree. Sophie joined Stewarts in September 2016 and qualified as an Associate in October 2021 after training with the firm.
