Stewarts’ Trust and Probate Litigation team has been named Contentious Trusts & Estates Team of the Year at the Chambers High Net Worth Awards 2021. The team previously won the same award in 2020.
The Chambers High Net Worth guide notes the firm “has grown its contentious trusts practice from a standing start and now acts on some of the most significant international trusts and succession cases in the world.”

Lavinia Randall was described in The Legal 500 2021 as “an excellent up-and-coming lawyer. She is definitely someone who you would want on your team.” Judith Swinhoe-Standen is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists and ConTrA, the Contentious Trusts Association, and has been published in the Trusts and Estates Law & Tax Journal. She is studying to be a member of ACTAPS, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
