Stewarts’ Trust and Probate Litigation team has been named Contentious Trusts & Estates Team of the Year at the Chambers High Net Worth Awards 2021. The team previously won the same award in 2020.

The Chambers High Net Worth guide notes the firm “has grown its contentious trusts practice from a standing start and now acts on some of the most significant international trusts and succession cases in the world.”

Head of Department James Price commented:

“Second year in a row! We are delighted once again to have won the UK Contentious Trusts & Estates Team of the Year at the 2021 Chambers High Net Worth Awards. A huge thank you to Simon Christian and all his team at Chambers.”
