Head of Trust and Probate Litigation James Price is listed once again for his work on contentious trusts and estates cases. PCGE recognises his often international work advising trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, family offices and other HNW individuals on international complex litigation.
Geoff Kertesz is also in the top tier for complex litigation relating to trusts and estates, often with an offshore element. He has experience involving the UK, US, Bermuda, Channel Islands, Cayman Islands, BVI and Hong Kong as well as purely domestic matters.
