The partners in the International Arbitration team all accept appointments as arbitrators, where appropriate. In doing so, they bring to bear their in-depth experience and expertise in conducting cases as counsel for the team’s wide variety of clients in disputes spanning many sectors and geographies.
In addition to drawing on that experience and expertise, our partners can work in English, Spanish and French. Due to Stewarts’ unique positioning as the UK’s largest disputes-only law firm, our partners can accept arbitrator appointments when many others cannot due to conflicts of interest.
