Based in London, one of the global centres for arbitration, our clients and the work we do for them are almost exclusively international. Our International Arbitration team has experience of arbitrations under differing governing laws, rules and arbitral seats from around the world.
Clients approach us to benefit from our specialist expertise even where an arbitration has no English law or London nexus, whereupon we will co-counsel with their existing legal advisers. Our team can work in English, French, Spanish and Italian and its independent and conflict-free status means that we can collaborate with any lawyers in any jurisdiction as required. We are not bound by any international networks or global offices.
