Discrimination, victimisation and harassment cases can be complex and highly sensitive. We have a great deal of experience advising individuals who consider they have been unlawfully discriminated against because of one or more protected characteristics (age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation).

We recognise the concerns that individuals might have in raising discrimination complaints and always deal with matters sensitively. Equally, we take a robust approach to defending our clients’ rights and have great expertise in bringing successful discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.

We also provide expert assessments as to whether individuals have the potential to pursue claims for equal pay (either on an individual basis or as part of a class action) and whether such a claim is most appropriately brought in the Employment Tribunal, the County Court or High Court.

We act for both individuals and businesses. This sets us apart from most other law firms and gives us an advantage, as we have a unique insight into the arguments, tactics and approach of those on both sides of discrimination disputes.
