Asset Recovery

The Asset Recovery guide “recognises the foremost asset recovery lawyers and experts from both onshore and offshore jurisdictions”, according to Who’s Who Legal. “Those individuals identified rank highly thanks to their market-leading expertise in the tracing and recovering of lost, misappropriated or stolen assets.”

Head of Insolvency and Asset Recovery Alex Jay is also listed once again as a ‘Thought Leader’ in the field. “Alex Jay is highly esteemed for his excellent work handling fraud claims and contentious liquidation proceedings,” WWL says.

Alex, Fiona Gillett and Head of Commercial Litigation Clive Zietman are also listed by WWL in the Commercial Litigation guide. The Private Client guide lists Head of Trust and Probate Litigation James Price along with fellow partner Geoff Kertesz; and Ian Gatt QC is included in the Commercial Mediation guide.

Arbitration Future Leaders

Now in its fifth year, WWL: Arbitration – Future Leaders showcases partners and non-partners aged 45 or under who are considered future leaders of the international arbitration community, according to the guide.

WWL says: “This year we have identified hundreds of practitioners from around the world who are building a superb reputation for their abilities in domestic and international arbitration. Our listing is divided into both partners and non-partners, with the latter category encompassing those at the Bar, arbitral and academic institutions as well as law firms.”

Daniel Wilmot joined Head of International Arbitration Philippa Charles in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration 2022.

Since 1996 Who’s Who Legal has identified the foremost legal practitioners in multiple areas of business law. The WWL research process is based on recommendations and feedback from eminent private practitioners in the sector or industry in question as well as from corporate counsel or other clients who have worked closely with the nominees.
