Stewarts has promoted five senior associates to the partnership in 2023.

The new partners are Amy Fielding in Clinical Negligence, Leah Keen in Competition Litigation, Anjali Krishnan in Personal Injury, Alexander Lerner in Commercial Litigation and Voirrey Ward in Divorce and Family.

Amy Fielding specialises in complex and high-value catastrophic injury clinical negligence claims. She has particular expertise in obtaining the highest value fatal accident claims for high net worth individuals with complex and in depth future loss claims. Amy joined Stewarts in 2010.

Leah Keen specialises in complex competition litigation and has broad experience having acted on many of the high-profile, multi-party damages claims arising from infringements of competition law. She has 10 years’ experience of acting in competition litigation cases including damages claims arising from investigations into high voltage power cables, trucks and refrigeration compressors as well as multi-billion-pound litigation against Visa and Mastercard. She joined the firm in 2015.

Anjali Krishnan specialises in high value, complex catastrophic personal injury claims and has over 15 years’ experience in representing people who have sustained life-changing spinal cord injury, brain injury and limb loss. Anjali joined the firm in 2011.

Alexander Lerner is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in high-value, complex financial services litigation, often involving tax-related losses and tax-geared investments. He also has deep knowledge and experience of group litigation and has acted for both claimants and defendants in some of the largest and most complex group claims that have been before the English Courts (including the RBS, Post Office, Ingenious and Eclipse litigations). He joined Stewarts in 2020.

Voirrey Ward is experienced in all areas of family law with a particular expertise in complex, multi-jurisdictional financial proceedings and nuptial agreements. Voirrey’s cases often involve intricate trust and/or corporate structures and private equity assets. She joined the firm as a paralegal before training at the firm and qualifying in 2011. She has over 12 years’ experience in family law, acting for a broad range of high-net-worth individuals and relevant third parties, such as trustees.
