Tim has particular expertise in financial and professional services cases in the City. He advises on high-profile, senior-level appointments and departures, team moves and restrictive covenant cases.
He is regularly involved in complex, sensitive cases relating to high-value bonus and breach of contract claims, whistleblowing, discrimination and FCA regulatory matters.

Tim regularly assists senior individuals in resolving disputes on favourable terms or, when appropriate, pursuing litigation in the Employment Tribunal, High Court or via arbitration. Recent cases include representing a high-profile chief executive following his dismissal and advising senior hedge fund and law firm partners on breach of contract claims.
Tim graduated from Oxford University (MA Hons). He joined Stewarts as a partner in 2010 after nine years at Simmons & Simmons LLP.
